Clare Muller is an extraordinary photographer whose worked constantly with the great and famous in music since the early 80's. Any web search will throw up countless photo exhibitions, books and album art work that list her credits.
Claire often photographed live concerts and video shoots when record labels were looking for someone to capture the magic of those occasions but also wanted a personality who could fit into those often tense environments and not make any waves.
King first met Claire in 1984 on the set of the 'Love & Pride' video and their paths next crossed in January 85 for the bands concert at London Dominion Theatre. Claire would go onto cover all the groups UK video shoots but sadly for all concerned didn't make the trip to Greece for their 'Alone Without You' clip.
Talking of videos Claire's sister, Sophie Muller, enjoys an amazing career as an acclaimed music video director.
